3. Payment & Refunds

All purchases are final unless stated otherwise. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion.

4. Marketing & Communications

By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us, including:

Text message (SMS) marketing (details in Section 6)
Retargeted advertising via platforms like Meta (Facebook) and Google Ads

5. Third-Party Tools

We use third-party tools and platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, Stripe) for analytics, payment processing, and advertising. Your data may be shared with these platforms to fulfill their services.

6. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

Program Description: This messaging program sends confirmation, follow-up, and account-related messages to users who have submitted information through our website and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS communications. These include updates regarding their service requests and legal document delivery status.

Opt-In & Consent: Users consent via a checkbox on submission forms stating: “I Consent to Receive SMS Notifications & Alerts from LEGA BUILD LLC. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.”

Opt-Out Instructions: Reply “STOP” to cancel SMS notifications. A confirmation will be sent. To rejoin, opt-in via the website again.

Support Information: Reply “HELP” for assistance or contact support@legabuild.com. We respond during regular business hours.

Carrier Liability & Rates: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Msg & data rates may apply.

Age Restriction: Users must be 18 or older to participate.

We maintain timestamped opt-in records and follow all TCPA and CTIA guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, videos, documents, and resources remain the intellectual property of LEGA BUILD LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or resale is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You use our services at your own risk.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Wyoming, and governed by Wyoming law.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services for violation of these terms without notice.
